The Alberta Education Authorized Resources Data Base has authorized resources that are CTS subject specific (BIT, HRH, MDC, NAT, and TMT).

Southern Alberta teachers need and can acquire a Southern AB CTS Library ID number. A Library ID number will be sent the first time materials are burrowed. The loan period for materials is 2 weeks.

You may still borrow materials even if you are unable to visit the SA CTS Resource library in person.

The Southern Alberta CTS Learning and Teaching Resource Review Centre

This Centre houses a collection of Alberta Education approved print and digital resources for all five CTS clusters.

A result of collaboration between Alberta Education and the Calgary Board of Education, the Resource Review Centre provides:

  • access for CTS teachers to view print and digital learning and teaching resources
  • a venue where CTS teachers may come together to work together in sustainable professional communities of practice
  • professional development opportunities for teachers and administrators
